How to choose the right industrial display touch mode? There are many kinds of industrial display touch methods, how to choose the most suitable one for you? Today, I will take you to understand the difference between capacitive screen and resistive screen? What are the differences between capacitive screen and resistive screen? 1. Cost: Capacitive screens are more expensive. Capacitive screens from different manufacturers are about 10% to 50% more expensive than resistive screens, while resistive screens are cheaper. 2. Power consumption: Industrial display capacitive screen consumes more power than resistive screen. 3. Visual effect: The visual effect of capacitive screen and resistive screen is very good indoors, but the visual effect is obviously different outdoors, especially under the sunlight. Capacitive screens work better, but resistive screens reflect sunlight because of the extra screen layer, which makes the visual effect worse. 4. Feasibility of multi-touch: The multi-touch of capacitive screen can be realized, depending on the way of implementation and the software used, and it has been realized at present. The multi-touch of the resistive screen cannot be realized. 5. Touch sensitivity: The capacitive screen works by using the current sensing of the human body, so any non-conductive material such as fingernails, gloves, etc. cannot be recognized by the capacitive sensing system under the screen, but the resistive screen works through the pressure sensor.
